The app marked my answer wrong but I think it's right.

Send us the drill (the unit and the sentence) and what you said. Katachi accepts common alternatives — 公園へ行きます for 公園に行きます, for example — but if we're missing one, we'll add it.

Speech recognition doesn't hear me.

Check that Katachi has Microphone and Speech Recognition permission in Settings → Privacy. Speak at normal pace; you don't need to slow down. If you're somewhere you can't speak, tap the keyboard icon to type your answer instead — it's graded the same way.

Where is my progress stored?

On your device only. There is no account. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are also handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Can you add a grammar point?

Yes, that's the best kind of email. Tell us the pattern and, if you like, the sentence you were trying to say.
